Depending on the celebrity, it can be difficult to secure some dates around certain times of the year. Celebrity DJs, singers and bands are often booked in advance for the festival seasons, as are other celebrities for the pantomime season.     Meet and greet allows you and some of your guests to have personal one to one time. This is not standard for everyone and can be negotiated at the time of the contract. Generally if this is agreed it will be after the performance and is often a highlight for the guests that is never forgotten.

  8. Contract and logistics

    After we have reached an agreement, a contract will be drawn up outlining the terms and conditions of the engagement. We will clearly define the celebrity’s responsibilities, the duration of their appearance, travel arrangements, accommodation, and any additional requirements they may have. Most contracts are simple and straightforward but we will work with you to ensure your requirements are fully met.

  9. Promotion and coordination: Work closely with the celebrity’s team to promote their involvement in your event or project. Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, transportation, accommodation, and any specific rider requests they may have. Ensure effective communication to avoid any misunderstandings.
