Delia Du Sol is not just one of Britain’s top contortionists, trained also as a classical dancer, but also a superb performer on aerial hoop and silks.

Gaining national television and press attention both in the UK and internationally, she is showcasing her talents globally in theatres, on television, and at corporate events with her performances that showcase a blend of balance, strength, and remarkable flexibility.

Delia’s contortion act is performed on a high table and could be performed either as a solo or a duo.

Combining balance and extreme flexibility, the act can conclude with Delia squeezing into a clear perspex box, measuring just 17″ by 17″ by 22″ high.

For a French theme Delia could perform on the hoop either as a one off performance of approx. 7 minutes using relevantly themed music or she could ‘hang about’ for approx. 15 minutes – that is not a set act but just gentle acrobatics on the hoop, and stunning to watch as guests arrive into the venue, or when they sit down to dinner.

Delia has received national press coverage for the cube act and been a guest on television shows such as Graham Norton and Richard and Judy and was seen on the amazing dance group Diversity’s TV production of Diversitoys.
